The 100 Day Accountability Journal for Athletes is a Coach in your Backpack (eBook)

This companion journal is meant to help the athlete identify what they want most and create a road map to achieve it. By instilling Every Day Disciplines also known as EDDs, the athlete will create winning habits that lead them closer to their goals. High level athletes set high goals and create a plan to achieve them.

This book is meant to help the athlete "Level Up." Regardless of what level the athlete is, youth league, high school, college, or professional. This book was written by a former professional athlete who has a track record of helping other athletes achieve their goals.

You will achieve your goals as long as you (1) Decide exactly what you want, (2) Write them down, (3) Get help from someone who has achieved that goal or from someone who has experience you can learn from, (4) Create a plan to achieve those goals, and (5) Do something every day to take a step closer to your goal.

You can call it a Goal, Desired Result, Objective, Destination, or whatever you like. Either way, it's something you want. If it's really worth it, it is something you want MOST. Whatever you want most, you would do anything to achieve it. You'll sacrifice fun, time with your friends, sleep, food, and anything that seems to distract you or take you away from what you want most.

We recommend you get a Blank 100 Page Journal to accompany the 100 Day Accountability Journal for Athletes.

Will you commit to yourself for 100 Days to get closer to your goals?
